ST. CROIX SHEEP
St. Croix Sheep are on the endangered livestock list. These beautiful and gentle sheep are parasite resistance and excellent foragers. They enjoy moderate climates but can adapt to colder zones. They are hair sheep and do not need to be sheared, they shed naturally in the spring.
Ewes typically deliver twins and triplets twice a year. They are easy birthers and conscientious mamas. Rams are usually docile and easy to mange.
St. Croix sheep are smaller than other sheep breeds, however their meat is sold in the finest of restaurants due to its mild and delicate flavor.
Our sheep are kept on a rotating pasture schedule year round, however, their diet is supplemented with grain for added nutrition while nursing and gestating.

New Zealand Rabbits Relocated
Our breeding pair of New Zealand Rabbits have been relocated to another farm here in Wayne County.
I heard that Max and Fiona are nicely settled into their new home.
Their custom hutches were built here on the farm by master carpenter George Peters and his apprentice Mike Paparelli. These 6 foot long hutches - one for him and one for her - are designed to allow for plenty of exercise space, a cozy nesting space, and room for a growing family.
If you are interested in having custom hutches built for your furry friends, contact us.

Sampson -
Has finished his training!
Sampson was born in November of 2021 to Great Pyrenees parents - Sasha and Henry.
He has basic training: knows his name, will sit on command, and can be walked on a leash. He was raised with cattle, cats, and other Great Pyrenees dogs. He is doing great and we are all proud of how well he has learned his job!
